Pokémon Sun and Moon should introduce an ability that negates the charge turn of moves that have it. Basically, imagine an infinite-use Power Herb that doesn't take up the user's item slot.

    ideally, make it Ghost-type and give it Phantom Force so we'll finally have a usable Ghost-type physical attacker well, I know Doublade and Mega Banette exist but they have to rely on Shadow Claw for Ghost STAB

    and by "it" I mean the user of the ability I originally posted about, oops maybe Normal as the other type since Skull Bash is actually quite a cool move without the charge turn, plus Normal/Ghost is excellent defensively and decent offensively

    Some of the Smogon mods made a bunch of fanmade abilities and this was one of them, it was called Tireless

    well it wouldn't give the move priority unless it's specifically coded to be that way priority Skull Bash with no charge turn would be really cool but since if it were coded that way it'd be one-use it'd be a waste of an item slot imo

    @Jayce i know you didn't say that, I didn't say that you did I'm imagining the Pokémon using this as having ~130 Attack (though that may be too high since Skull Bash is very powerful), ~90 HP, ~80 Defense and Speed, and ~60 Special Attack and Special Defense. With that stat distribution, Choice Scarf sounds like a reasonable bet for an item.
