You can get perfect fruits from a friend or it can grow on one of your native trees in town. Shaking the native fruit trees allows one to randomly spawn. If your town is native to peaches, it would be easy to spot the perfect one as its yellow. Only the perfect fruit native to your town will grow, so plant it when you get it.

You still have your town fruit trees, right? So you still have a chance or obtaining it the normal way. All is not lost for you yet. Just wait for one to grow on the tree one day. If you have found it before, there's a chance you will soon. Also, there are players with perfect fruit with the on the island as well, but it isn't easy to find them. Still, it also is a option.

It will have to naturally spawn or the tree. Not sure when another will spawn but might take a while. A expert said it toke 6 months for them to find one again after they lost it. Just keep harvesting the town fruit and one will grow eventually.
