Lol. I actually got the gogoat from wonder trade. The legendaries seem weak because their stats (as well as any other pokemon) decrease if their level is above 50. If it's lower than 50, then you get an increase.

Yeah, my legends all have pokérus too so as I leveled them they would get +4/5 to all stats every level up. They're crazy strong without the level cap. ... So are my brother's legendaries. Especially his Xerneas. That thing is mad powerful. =^='
