What I can't belive is that supersmash thought it was a great idea to swap the extremely powerful kid link with the anoying toon link.

    Hey. Child Link is awesome and all, but TBH, I think Toon Link deserved a little more love. Also, his animations are joy. And if you don't like Toon Link, you can just play Melee. That's perfectly fine, too.

    Look at it this way: You can still play as a new Link and the SSB team didn't remove any charm away from their characters. Meanwhile, SSB has still given little to no love to other series such as Donkey Kong or Metroid.
