    Well, Spotpass was removed, people are too lazy to walk by their friend's house (Cuz let's be honest, the only thing that'll make gamers walk is Pokemon GO!), a lot of people have bad handwriting, and a lot of people take bad pictures. (By bad pics I mean inappropriate and/or just bad quality pictures.)

    cause wiiu chat is just a cheap mans version of skype and since mostly kid and young adults have wiiu's its even more simple to just friend someone get on wiiu chat and talk to them like that or just be completely stupid and say ' FRIEND ME AND YOU CAN GET A WIIU CHAT' oh yeah and snap note is just really obscure cause its only for the 3ds and since nintendo deleted spotpass its impossible to post
