With Ash just 1 battle from winning the Kalos League, it is time to decide the best battle in the Pokemon Anime. Please comment your fav. Mine so far is Ash vs Shota (Sawyer).But the Final battle Ash v Alain will be great too.

Mine is Ash vs. Paul and Ash vs. Olympia. Both battles were handled brilliantly! Paul was an amazing rival, and Ash had lots of stratagy up his sleeve. Plus Infernape and Gliscor were amazing. The battle with Olympia reminded me of Corpish and Swellow, except X10 better! The animation was fluid and intense, and really showed the bonds between ash and his pokemon. Also, go Frogadier!

While i think Ash-Greninja is a beast, I've been realizing Ash has been relying on him a bit too much. He's always been saving him for last, for example, Ash had Noivern battle Doulblade instead of using Greninja. I liked frogadier better since Ash didn't always save him for last. Plus that Father-Son Kamehameha Water Pulse scene was outstanding with Frogadier. Can't wait to see its full potential
