    Loganza they were dumb enough because the gam required them to do that to get the pokemon, people have also broken and entered restricted areas to get pokemon. The game is driving them to do it.

    Guess what: They weren't REQUIRED to do ANYTHING; it was a freaking idiotic choice on their part, and their part alone. It even displays in the loading screen to be careful and stay aware of your surroundings
