[下川野地区小話　k-1] 7年前(1978年)まで快速列車として走っていたk-1、あの頃仲間として下川野線の車両達は、山林線に転属、もしくは重機の餌食となってしまいました。しかしこの一編成だけは7両に増結され、下川野線から快速という種別が消滅した今も、普通列車として元気に走っています。次々と高性能な新型車両が導入されてゆく中で、ベテランとして静かに下川野線を走り続けるk-1を見るのは、とても微笑ましい事です。
