    number 10 dollmaker, this villain is not only an enemy to batman but as an enemy to all heros in the DC universe he likes to turn people into mixed up monsters and he was in Gotham season 1 so it makes sense of why he should be in telltales batman game because he is crazy and scary.

    number 9 the flamingo, this man may not act like a flamingo but he wears pink and he is very deadly he dose scary things in the comic and he was also in gotham season 2 but he didn't appear in the batman arkham series and thats why he should be in the telltale batman game
