    defeat enemies that are a few levels higher than you. even try taking down some unique monsters. you can even craft experience boost gems if you need to.

    I found that the fastest way to level up is to try and complete as many quests as possible

    It depends on your level. If you have got a level below 80, you can (ab)use the Godrill Glitch, which consists in pushing a godrill in the water or outside the map. It is considered as killed and you have got all the EXP.
