If NoA refuses to budge, then we need to send a message.

Can't believe I am doing this, and it's been a long time since I posted here. However, I can't and won't ignore this any longer. I'm not expecting a physical release of this game anytime soon unfortunately, but I feel we can send a clear message to NoA and Reggie. Don't buy the NX, it will need to fail.

  • unfollowed because 1. we have the game. 2. if you wanted it so bad just download it. 3. calling for a boycott is pointless because you wont get the numbers. even if you did nintendo would only see poor sales. frankly i find this idea ridiculous on so many levels it seems like you just complaining for the sake of it now. thanks for your initial campaign & i hope you dl the game and enjoy it.

  • killa your missing the point! its obvious to me that NOA wants nothing to do with the franchise, because the 2nd game was remade for the wii, it was already in english and they choose not to bring it over, (they won't even put it on eshop or release it under nintendo selects) its NOA'S lack of faith in the franchise. not because it doesn't sell like hot cakes. matter of fact it sells more here

  • in the states then any other region. aw heck it sells worse in japan, there are more fans here in the united states (which is also nintendo's biggest market) that would love to buy and support the game, but they can't because most of them want a physical release, the majority of gamers today still perfer buying their games physically, because they want to own their games TRULY own them and digital

  • distribution is not true ownership, your paying for legal long-term rental, it holds no value to the costumers. a physical copy gives me the ability to play the game 10, 20, 30, years down the road and them pass them own to my future children and their future children. digital downloads don't last long at all, they can be pulled off the servers, or shut down the servers, if that happens i can't

  • go back online to download it because its gone for good. thats why we want a physical release to this. but they won't give us unless we can get enough gamers\fans to stand up and voice their opinions, sitting back and playing the be greatful card isn't going to do a thing, remember we are the costumers we're the ones with the money, WE are suppose to dictate the market not company, we have the

  • its funny really NOA (nintendo of america) president, reggie believes that its all about content that makes a system great, but the localization team censors games that take out content (fire emblem fates is an example). this game doesn't even have a physical release, and there are some nintendo games that have to be localized, (soma bringer, captain rainbow, disaster: day of crisis, and others)

  • Killa Kam What I find equally ridiculous about your post is that you are telling JT to do something that may violate his principals just to have something he wants. If someone is opposed to something, then they are opposed to it. Plain and simple. Their reasons are their own. I'm personally opposed to digital media myself and will never buy it for any reason. That isn't the same as not wanting it.

    Yeahs1
  • BTW Please don't take that the wrong way. I'm not trying to start an argument. I'm just saying the "Just download it" argument isnt going to get someone who is opposed to digital media to buy it digitally, thats all.

  • lf Nintendo ever makes a digital only game system me and many will never buy it. Does anyone remember when the Xbox One was going to be digital only? lt would have sold bad if it was.

  • I'm done with Nintendo and their BS xD I just got the USA version and JPN version thanks to the scene, now I have to unlock those uncensored costumes :) just do the same.

Indeed, they finally listened. The Switch is region free. They addressed that in the presentation. Will be shutting this topic down.
