ウデマエ下げたい

ウデマエ下げたいです。ナワバリ縛りでやってたんですけど、つい魔がさしてガチマやったんです。楽しすぎて、B-までいきました。でも、もともとはナワバリ縛りなのでウデマエ下げておきたいんですよ。 私は手抜きで出来ないので、どうすれば下げれますかね?
