Just like the Pokéwalker, the 3DS, 3DS XL, 2DS, & New 3DS XL rewarded people for walking. Who wouldn't enjoy getting play coins (that assisted in some games)? It was SO SIMPLE, too! 1 play coin for every 100 steps! You take 500 steps and receive 5 play coins. You take 600 steps for 6 play coins.

    Yesterday, I walked 7,648 steps and got 10 play coins. TEN?!? Wheee are my other 66 play coins for that day?! Well, at least I'm up to 298 play coins. I'll just walk another 1,000 steps today for 10 more play coins. In no time at all, I should reach 500 play coins! ... What do you mean "300 play coins is the maximum"?!?!?
