ネムイムs 建設開始→完成の期間中に見れます。かずきs バグではなく、完成前の空港の仕様です。

↑そうなんですね。管制塔とか制限区域とか細かいからびっくりしました！

えーと、システムデータ的には空港は管制塔進入禁止区域の2つの建物として扱われているようです。

ちなみに建設時は表記は空港だけですが、建設現場の状態になっているのは管制塔のみです。滑走路は即出来ます
