Powerless or not, I feel like Doom and Mia would still be afraid of Mephiles, Doom especially due to her past experiences with Darkrais. In fact, I feel like the only three things Doom would honestly be afraid of would be Darkrais, something happening to her family, or seeing Nico badly hurt/losing Nico.

Really? I don't feel like she's actually afraid of Colress, or she's at least really good at hiding it. She seems to get more angry about Colress than she does scared.

Mia rushes in and protects him with her Mew form's pink energy bubble. As Arceus d!es and Mia rushes to where Mico landed, Mephiles arrives, enraged by Mia's interference, and kidnaps her before she can confirm that Nico is still alive. Minutes later, Doom arrives. She tried to stop Nico when he revealed he was going to sacrifice himself, but he had his Cofagrigus restrain her so she (C)

couldn't follow him and ran off anyway while Doom screamed after him not to do it and to come back and stay with her instead. She was found and freed by someone else (probably Meg) right as she heard Mephiles let out a guttural cry (at Mia, but she doesn't know that), and immediately rushed to the noise. When she got there, though, she found Nico on the ground, comatose, with no sign of Mia.

Doom can only assume that she's lost both Nico and Mia, and just collapses to the ground as an emotional mess. When everything's back to normal (-ish), Nico is in the hospital for at least three weeks until Doom can take him home, still comatose. Doom is obviously devastated by it, and goes to see him in the hospital every day, even if it's just to cry and be with him.

Tempora, of course, knows that Nico is supposed to get better in most timelines, but she can't bring herself to tell Doom this in case this isn't one of those timelines.

Since Doom would be kind of a mess, I feel like yea, Tempora would move in with Doom temporarily to make sure she's still taking care of herself and such. Due to the nature of Nico's powers, and his own flair for the dramatic, I feel like Nico would not wake from his coma until he was needed, so pretty much only when Doom and Tempora were in danger. I haven't decided what'll happen to them yet.

Nico's healing abilities only work if it's necessary, such as when he halted his own blood flow to save his sister from Maxie and Giratina. Because of this, once Doom brings him home, Nico will remain comatose until something happens to Doom and Tempora (probably due to either Maxie or Damian), which then causes his healing to kick in and wake him from his coma. Did that help?

No. His healing will wake him up, and since it technically isn't an injury, the effect will be permanent. (And I specifically mentioned Maxie and Damian only because of their past interactions with Tempora, which could lead to them coming after her. Damian to get revenge, or Maxie to find out about her abilities.)
