*The bird seems to be staring at his hat, and nothing else. Once Cosmo falls asleep, it silently glides over to the windowsill, landing quietly. It continues watching his hat, almost as if it knows the magical weapon is hidden underneath...* *After a while, the raven takes to the sky and flies off into the rainy night*

Cosmo and Joy both sleep soundly throughout the night. The next morning (That's if we're skipping to morning) they both wake up at the same time.

Cosmo looks into his hat and he reaches inside for the weapon. "Don't tell me you lost it,Cosmo...",Joy says and Cosmo shakes his head. "Its right here!",He grabs the weapon.

Sinclaire:*despite the raven-like mask covering his face, he is clearly surprised* Is that it? The Fenrir Fang? Laramie: Yep. Rousseau: Pretty sure it's genuine, too. Girard: Well of COURSE it'd be! Otherwise we wouldn't have stolen it! Sinclaire: May I see it, if that is alright with you? *respectively folds his hands behind his back in patience*

Cosmo looks back at Joy and the theives before handing the fang over to Sinclaire,"I've been told that your an expert at weapons..."

Sinclaire: Indeed, I am. *He reaches forward and gingerly holds the weapon, turning it over from end to end and inspecting the blade. He rubs his gloved hand across the Nordic runes on the handle, causing small snowflakes to waltz through the air* ...Well, it is clear that this weapon is real. *to the thieves* Who did you steal this from? Girard: Some sort of elf. He seemed rather...dark.

Cosmo and Joy listen to the theives when they tell Sinclaire who they stole the weapon from,however as Cosmo is listening he stares at the weapon with curiosity.

Sinclaire:*eventually hands the weapon back, but seems a tiny bit reluctant about doing so* I'd say a weapon this infused with magic is a very powerful and dangerous one. Was it used before? Laramie: Yeah...we saw-or, well, glimpsed-the elf used it on a guard who was supposed to be protecting it. He froze the man, and then...*her words trail off, obviously implying a bad end for the guard*

"I'd hate to see the weapon used in action...",Joy say and Cosmo nods in agreement,"So what should we do with the weapon now?"

Sinclaire: The best bet WOULD be to destroy it, of course, but that is not an easy tactic. Weapons and objects of extreme power are generally more indestructible than your typical garden variety of everyday objects. Another possible idea would be to minimize the Fenrir Fang's power, but that too would require a great deal of spellwork. I can assist if needed. Girard: So it ain't easy, huh...great.

Heyward: "I've had experience with powerful weapons before, But I only was able to return it to the stone that I discovered it. That trapped it's power. "I was able to pick it up after dropping some annointed water on it and carrying it with a bag of steel chain-mail. I take it you have something else in mind for destroying it."

Cosmo shrugs,"My magic probably isn't strong enough to weaken the fang." "I doubt mine is either.",Joy adds,"So should we ask this Plague doctor for help?" "I'm not sure",Cosmo say in a lower voice to make sure Sinclaire doesn't hear him,"He seems to know what he's doing,but I don't fully trust him yet."

Sinclaire: *somewhat recognizes Heyward* I believe I know you from somewhere...you must be an acquaintance with my good friend Frederick, I assume? Girard: Ahem...*clears his throat* Thoughts on destroying the weapon? Sinclaire: Ah, yes. While returning it to its natural state or location of discovery could work, it may have...unintentional consequences. Side effects, if you will. Dangerous ones.
