まず、水色を一番薄くして、絵の具で間を開けながら所々塗ってくとこんなのができます。

スプレーやサッピツなどで整えて、また青色を重ねていきます。間のところを白のところを鉛筆やスプレーの一番細いところで塗っていきます。
