    In case you're rank 33 or higher, do Changing Land as much as possible (Thats how I'm getting these Pokémon), and if you're a lower rank than that, I'd recommend buying Pokédiamonds, when you bought them all, there will appear a diamond digger at the most right location of the town, you can get 40 Pokédiamonds each day, hope I've helped a bit. ;)
