By joining the room randomly that has 90-99k, 80k-89k, and 70k-79k. It's easy to gain vr. I mostly join random room that has low vr (not saying low vr in the mean way) just for fun. :P

And the really, really simple way is when I join the battle room there are some 90k-99k, and 73k are not doing anything in the battle which is easier for me to gain more vr.
