    I have a bunch. Also, I think a good eviolite Dragonair set is Dragon Tail, Dragon Dance, Rest, Sleep Talk. I can provide EVs as well.

    A special set? Hm... Rest is a must to activate Marvel Scale. Maybe Haze, Dragon Breath, and Sleep Talk/Toxic? The only other special dragon move it gets is Twister and that's only 40 power.

    eh screw it, i'll scrap the whole thing and focus on this Duskull which i got and i'm now breeding and junk, since confusion, burn and evasion (to some extent) are nerfed i'm running a new set that my (unofficial online) rival RALPH had back in gen 6, trick room, curse, memento dusclops with frisk, i'm slapping haze on this one for some tech.
