    you cant not when they are electrified try mixing up some monster parts and make a defense potion with ironshrooms in kakariko forests and use some keese wings cook in a pan

    @link, u are albe to run from all arrow types. i did it b4 during the shock arrow gather quest and again in the wilderness. u have to keep moving to the side if its aiming forward and if hes aiming up just keep running away as they are not lightning strikes.
