    Yes. I just added to my discussion about error code 004-3003. Basically, I reached Nintendo and they said the problem wasn't with their server nor at my end.

    No, I didn't. That's a very good idea. I will try to in a few hours. Also, I reset my 3DS clock ahead by one hour. Then I got the idea maybe the glitch is somehow related. When I tried DLC again, the 004-3003 error message was replaced by one saying that a connection cannot be made because the time and date have changed, and to try again tomorrow.

    I couldn't reach Cygames at all and when I called SquareEnix, all the telephone prompts were for Final Fantasy or for an account issue. I have been checking in on the GameFAQ's website to follow a thread about this glitch. There are some informative posts by other people who are experiencing the same problem.

    i just got off the phone with nintendo they told me that they are still working on the problem they said to keep checking the servers they hope to have the problem fixed soon
