Why can't I redeem my Uplay points on the Uplay app

I recently found the Uplay software and I found that I have almost 200 points, enough for a few rewards in Watch_Dogs, I tried to get the Papavero Stealth Edition, but it wouldn't let me. I would really appreciate the help please

    If Uplay on Wii U doesn't work, try to use the web application: https://club.ubisoft.com/ If that doesn't work either, file a report to Ubisoft on that website. It could take some time, but Ubisoft solved all problems I was reporting in past (including Uplay problems).
