    From what I understand, think of it as someone doing something bad, but meaning something good. For example, in Pokemon (for the most part), Team Aqua wants to make the world a better place for most water types. That's nice and all, but, in the process, they're making it to where humans and a-lot of other Pokemon can't live in those conditions. cont.

    Archie in the end understands what he did wrong, but before that, he was in denial about anything bad he caused. Now, someone could correct me if I'm wrong, but this is what I believe that text means. Hope this helps you.
