Well I actually beat him, but this boss sucks. It's not like a boss that's challenging but has weaknesses; it's a really trolling-type boss that has attacks that are literally (not figuratively) to dodge. The only way to beat him is to eat a max-power defense booster, and stay close so he doesn't use lighting arrows—but you'll still be pummeled to a pulp and spend half the battle rolling around.
