One of the most annoying things about this game is when the Blood Moon rises and revives enemies around you, and then you die to the enemies it revived, and then you respawn and have to watch the whole darn cutscene again because the last time you saved was before it rose

well, it's never a bad idea to seek shelter for you and your horse when you see that the blood moon is about to rise. And just as Alex said, you can always skip it with the +button

  • Not sure if you do this but if you dont already you might want to pack some defense up foods as well as element resistance foods depending on the situation.I found these both help out if you need to go into longer battles, take a lot of hits or just happen to be using weaker gear at the moment.

  • I've killed my first moving guardian yesterday... But the Blood Moon was rising as soon as I killed it and didn't have any weapons to beat it again. I managed to get away, but that was an unnerving experience lol. From now on I'll be on the lookout for the Blood Moon at night. I guess it can be irritating though.

  • OK, this game looks awesome, and I'm thinking about getting it. I have a question though, do you have to spend long periods of time on it, or can you get anywhere playing it a half-hour to an hour at a time? Don't know how much time I would have to dedicate to it at one sitting. E$, you can disregard that last PM on your other account since it's pretty much the same question.

  • @Heidimario how much time you spend on it depends on what you do.The first thing I suggest is activate towers so you can get areas mapped out otherwise you will be lost a lot.you can get a lot done in a short amount of time but it can really draw you in just taking in the sights &sounds sometimes. If you do a lot of sidequests this game might keep you busy for over a year depending on how you play.
