PLZ HELP ME: I just traded a roserade 4 rayquaza( thinking i would teach it dragon ascent) but when i went to the woman who remembers, dragon ascent was not one of them. Does anyone know how to teach it dragon ascent? it is lvl.70

If this is in XY, you can't teach it dragon ascent. Mega rayquaza and Dragon Ascent weren't added until ORAS, and don't actually exist in XY at all (if you try to trade a Dragon Ascent rayqyaza to XY, the game blocks the trade) If this is in ORAS, then Zinnia's grandmother will teach it in Meteor Falls after beating the Delta Episode.
