    Easiest way to do it is: 1. Fly to Lumiose city 2. Check Moltres' Route in the Dex 3. If it is on a nearby route, quickly bike there. If not, then go back to Step 1 4. On that route, use repels, then go search for it. 5. After encountering it, check it's new location. If it's in the Sea Spirit's Den, go there. If not, go back to step 1.

    1) Get to Lumiose City 2) Find Moltres' location on the dex 3) Since Lumiose City is in the middle of Kalos it will be the most easy way to find Moltres. 4) Find and encounter Moltres 15 times than go to sea spirits den
