    Barely. It's only a 2.5% boost at best. There are plenty of other weapon skills that are much more beneficial. Legendary is good for making First and second tier weapons as strong as third tier, but that's all.

    Either way though, unlocking all the weapons is worth it anyway, you'll need them to progress in the harder maps.
