レインボーロードについて

皆さんに質問したいのですが、今自分は、レインボーロードが1.40.770のタイムなんです。自分自身1.39台がなかなか出なくて悪戦苦闘しています。そこで1.39台(1.39.9台)以上のひとで、第二セクションで37秒台前半を出すには、どこのタイミングでキノコを使ったたり、どういう行き方をすればいいかを教えてほしいです!面倒かもしれませんが、お願い致します。。。
