Okay so I bought this game a day ago and the portal will not work I tried the one I had with my 360 but that didn't work(go figure) Anyways does anyone have a solution to this? I already thried everything on the instructions so... I'm stuck

    Xbox Portals do not work due to how Microsoft requests USB devices made for their console to ONLY work on them. If you had a Portal for let's say... a PlayStation Skylanders game, that would be different.
