Its been the 4th time I have tried to beat the elite 4 but i just cant. I always beat the 4th but cant beat the champion. ughh

...That's just weird. I beat the champion but, probally because I had a level 100 Charazard.

You should try training your pokemon. Also, you should use revives and potions.
