    Maybe there weren't voice dialogues added to every character in the Simpsons hub, and the playable Simpsons characters - Homer, Bart, and Krusty - which makes me wonder how that happened. I think Homer gets his voice only in the main Story Mode where he's working in the Springfield Nuclear Plant until Lord Business and Joker come by to pull the world apart and stuff.

    Okay, I looked up why Bart doesn't have any voices in LEGO Dimensions. It said that he doesn't have any voices in the game yet. As for Homer and Krusty, they DO have voices (Captain Awkward has saved my day). But I'm not sure what's with the other characters (ex. The Mayor of Springfield) in the Simpsons Adventure World not having their voices in place...
