Pokebank National Dex

What happens to the information on the pokebank national dex if you start a new game? I'm thinking of deleting my data in Alpha Sapphire so I can start a new game on it. Will deleting the data and starting a new game effect my dex on pokebank?

    in theory, it shouldn't have an effect. don't really wanna test it, since both my Y & AS have completed nat. dexes
