The Pot is the Key to Continuity...

I can't find the recipe for Special Medicine, and I need it just to move on after delivering the Venus' Tear to Red. Where do I find that alchemy recipe?

    I don't think all alchemy recipes are found in the world, if that's what you mean. You'll sadly have to find some of them through experimentation. (Or through walkthroughs.) But yeah, Gamesake has the Special Medicine recipe for you if you still need it.

    Problem is you can only make things if you have its recipe, you have to select the recipe itself to make it. Even if I have the ingredients the lack of found recipe prevents it from being made.

    u don't need to have a recipe to make stuff u only need to know how to make it the recipe it self will be added when u make an item the first time.

    You don't need recipes to use the alchemy pot. You can just select random items in your inventory here. The game will highlight what can be used and combined. Just choose the items you want to mix and then press start to mix them. It won't tell you what it makes before you make it though, unless you have a recipe.

    Now I see how that can be confusing. I'm used to the original version, where you HAD to select the ingredients from the bag, so the potential issue never occured to me. ...Hopefully it was cleared up for you though.
