    @Mr. Cool For Missing Gold Brick 1, you're on the right building, but you actually have to go to Gotham City Police Department, hit this "?" symbol, and use Batgirl's detective scan BEFORE heading to the roof by the gala. After using the detective scan, follow the arrow to the top of the building by the gala to find the Riddler, then correctly answer all 4 riddles to get the Gold Brick.

    @Mr Cool For Missing Gold Brick 2, I believe it's in a building. Some buildings in the LEGO Batman Movie hub world have 2 gold bricks. Look carefully at the mini-map for a door. If it's gold, there is a gold brick still in there. It's probably in either the Batcave, Lexcorp, or the building by the botanical gardens.
