Finally getting around to playing this. Got it before the 3DS version was announced. Would have preferred the portability but I usually do not buy the same thing again even with slightly more features. I figured being able to play solo and pause would be helpful as a new parent now. It's much harder to play online multiplayer now so this is a great game for me at this point.

    I played though most of this with Christy, but it just got too difficult to keep up multiplayer all the way to the end. I kept the Inkling costume through the whole thing, though.

    It lives up to SNES Yoshi's Island, which is a huge compliment.
