    If you're running fast enough, and are running on a curve leading up to a wall, then you can run up a wall. Mostly in the Genesis games will you be able to do so.

    Nope. It's a Sonic thing you'd probably missed. Spring Yard Zone, Act 2 from the first Sonic game has a section with curves leading up to walls.
