I have your back, don't you worry.” He reassured. Statos hugged him. “ I have no doubt you will, Dad.” Cloud got up. “Right, Barret you look after Statos. I'm heading to Cosmo Canyon to see in on Naniki.”

  Barrett clamped him down. “Dang, it feels like you're about to explode into a werewolf or something! Alright, alright i got ya.” He said against his struggling rage. “It's over now. Hojo's dead. Rufus and Shinra are the only thing stopping us now. It'll be a breeze.” After a moment or two, Statos calmed.

  *Cosmo Canyon. Nanaki gazed up at the black, starry sky thinking of his grandpa who, not long after the attack, perished. Cloud walked up to him. “Hello, Naniki.” He said softly, smiling. “It's been a while.” He sat down beside him. The creature turned his head to meet his. “Hello, Cloud. Thanks for coming to visit me. I do like my visits.” His gaze returned to the sky above. The fire crackled.

  I don't even know what else to do right now since really nobody wants to be around a freak like me. *Stratos heard a gunshot and saw the bullet coming before dodging out of the way as adrenaline flowed through his body and he rushed by following the shockwaves before finding a Shinra soldier and tackled him to the ground * I just can't have a few days of peace, can I?
