    The easiest way is to jump, then spin the directions 360 degrees, then press punch on the ground. Another way is when you are fallen into the ground: Just when you recover (the opponent should be near you), spin 360 then press punch. You can also do it right after you sucessfully guard an attack, but this one is much harder.

    Spinning Piledriver isn't Zangief's only attack. Double Lariah (press all 3 punches at the same time) is good if your opponent is jumping. His heavy kick and heavy punch are pretty big, so use them if your opponent is too fast. There is another special (zig-zag foward then punch) that charges his punch into the opponent.

    If you spin 360 then press Kick, if the opponent is far, Zangief will run into the opponent, then grab, but it's weakier than grabbing near the opponent, and while you are running you are vulnerable to air attacks.
