Okay, for the first time in years, a Zelda puzzle has me stumped. You clearly have to glide to this chest, but there's no jumping-off point that will carry you far enough. You can stop the giant fans with the stasis rune, but can't do anything with them in that state. Did I miss something? Or do I need to come back later? Hrm...
