The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

I bought the game yesterday, I play it for a half hour. As soon as the pillar rises out of the ground and drops water onto the Gossip Stone thing the disc says "Error Code 150-1031 Disc cannot be read it might be dirty." I clean the disc try again and I still get "Error Code 150-1031"
