Question

Looking for Ditto for masuda method

I'm looking for a foreign Ditto to use for shiny breeding. I have several 3/4 iv Ditto to offer back. I'd prefer a Ditto with atleast 31 iv in Hp, Def, Sp Def. It also profits those who will trade me, cuz they'll have a matsuda Ditto too. I'm from Holland and my game language is english. (Some I need a french or Japanse Ditto for example) Thanks in advance.
