I'm conflicted. For the last 12 years, Ocarina of Time has been my favorite game. New games have come and gone but OoT has always held that spot as my favorite. ....and then Breath of the Wild came out and is impressing me more every day. I think I like it better than OoT and that's a problem for me. I'll finish the story before I make my final verdict.

    Try using you profile thing to judge it with even some remaining factors like whatever matters to you like say music. Maybe if you replay OoT it will help but that is your desision.

    It's been the exact same thing for me. It's incredible that we can legitimately say that this game could dethrone Ocarina.

    You can't really judge it until its been lit for a while. I know when Skyward Sword came out, I thought it was pretty good, one of my favorite Zelda games. But now looking back, I don't think it was all it's hyped up to be.

    @Brian, When Skyward Sword first came out, I said it was my second favorite Zelda game. After replaying MM, WW, and TP, I realized it wasn't as good as I thought. I get tired of it in the first half because it's so linear and tedius.

    I feel this is different than SS. I legit looking past my nostalgia goggles think that this is one of the best games and Zelda games of all time. Only weak spot being the dungeons for me. One of the few games that actually lived up to the hype.
