One of the few ironies IMO about going for Ford is that he's the town doctor, so he'll be charging me for passing out (this is ignoring the daily 1 freebie you get after the second heart level) and he'll most likely be helping me give birth to our child after we get married since there's no other doctors in Westown. XD I can see him being very protective in the future....
