Weird Magearna

I saw a Magerna with a weird coloring in a link trade today. Not shiny, that looks like a pokeball. This looked more like an ultra ball. the top of the ball(the part that would be red if it was shiny)was black,and instead of white stripes, they were yellow. Is this some unheard, unreleased magearna form?

    Magearna in Shiny is Black , Magearna 2nd form is like a Pokeball , although owning 1 is illegal so you found a *acker
