    Go to ur user page, then look up at the top right and click on it and hit miiverse settings and at the very top and click it, then exit out of miiverse and look at the bottom left and there is an orange box with a smiley face, and it should say "You have recieved a friend request, review it now?" And hit yes than there i am :)

    Well, let me re-say that: Go to ur user page, look at the top right and its supposed to say User Menu and hit that and whenever u log into that, it says Dont allow friend requests and hit that and it has 2 options Allow friend requests or Dont allow them, hit the allow friend requests, and exit out of miiverse, and u know the rest
