    前の絵の投稿で「I-16ってなんぞや？」というかたに書いてみた。ソビエト軍で使われた機体でスペイン内乱、ノモンハン事変で活躍した。ソビエト機にかかわらず上部風防がないのが特徴(非常に寒いソビエトで上部風防の機体で冬に出撃した搭乗員はどんな気持ちだったろうか...)

    むしろ当時はオープンキャノピーが主流だった。 日本の九六艦戦の後期型は密閉式キャノピーを採用したんだが、パイロットからの評価が悪く、オープンに戻している。

    密閉風防だと、生存性が上がる 場合がある。(防弾ガラスあったらなおいい) 開放型だったら身をのり出して偵察が 可能(だと思う)。
