Not only does Lycanroc's Midday form have a better design, it also gets a Rock-type priority move and the rare ability Sand Rush whereas the Midnight form gets Counter and Vital Spirit instead. Also, apparently they are exclusive to Sun/Moon respectively. Guess I know I'm getting Sun after all, then.

I can't really agree with you on the designs. I honestly feel that Midday's form just looks... a little boring... ...Either that, or it's just my extreme gothic bias showing.
