Hear me out pls, before you ban me again. This rant is not supposed to offend the Miiverse administration, but it is supposed to point out what they need to actually do.

Here is the solution to your problem... Now it's quite simple to defend yourself against the banana fiend. First of all you force him to drop the banana, next you eat the banana, thus disarming him. You have now rendered him helpless.

False Banning: Now some of us may know that some people falsely report people just because the person reporting them just dose not like them. Already sounds dumb, right? Well, some false reports actually work, and get people banned. Sometimes permanently banned. Look at OriginalBloodAce! Some dude falsely reported him and then he got permanently banned.

Solution: Get the administration team to actually take a look at the users history, and see what they have done wrong. If they see really bad things that have been posted in the past, then ban them. Don't just listen to some troll who are just out on the internet just to ruin other users experience on Miiverse.

Freedom of Speech: I know some people who aren't allowed to express their opinion on Miiverse. Even myself! My previous post on my page had a comment which had what I thought about the Feminists. I had a strong opinion against them, and the admins ban me for that. Having an opinion is a normal thing, and you are not even supposed to express it on Miiverse. It's sad, right?

Ban Limits/Times: This one really bothers me. I'm sure everyone knows how long the ban is. 2 weeks. So why are there console threatening bans that could force you to buy a new one? Not to mention, there is a less chance that you could get back on Miiverse as you make more and more posts.

Solution: Why can't there be a restriction lift? Ex: Ban 1: 2 weeks Ban 2: 3 weeks Ban 3: 1 month Ban ???: Months increase each ban. That way, people wouldn't be making more accounts every time they get permanently banned.

Exchanging Friend Codes/NNID's: I do NOT know why this is now allowed. Remember over a year ago, Nintendo banned exchanging making friends with people who didn't allow friend requests? Well, that has been brought to my attention too. I honestly thought that Miiverse was a friendship-making platform, and then they go on to ban that! I do not know why they don't allow this!

Okay! I guess this concludes my rant on what Nintendo needs to improve on. Now I have to call them so they take it into consideration. Bye.

Corporations only speak one language $, £, €, and ¥. People can complain all they want but that ¥ they continue to spend is saying that they agree with or are ok with the current situation. As for me, all games I buy are physical and I will not make digital game/dlc purchases or buy any online multiplayer games for these consoles. And it's not just nintendo, its the XB and PS as well.

@TROLLimar, My main issue was the Miiverse Administration. Not what you were talking about.

One of the reasons that I have made the decision to not buy anything related to the online connectivity is because they have given the miiverse admins the ability to console ban.

I do not know how bad a Console Ban is. Is it when you cannot turn back on again?

Console banned systems can still be turned on and played. But they will permanently stay in offline mode. This is a big problem if you have ever licensed (bought) DLC or Digital games, or have a bunch of multiplayer only games. This is an even bigger problem especially when considering how some games are shipped to the store shelves broken and require a patch before they can even boot up.

@TROLLimar, I called Nintendo Customer Service, and they told me exactly what you did.
